The Public Service Agreement 2010 – 2014, known as the “Croke Park Agreement”, sets out the modernisation programme for the public sector.
The National Consumer Agency’s Action Plan, completed in December 2010, sets out specific Agency initiatives and Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation proposals of particular relevance to the Agency.
